Operation New Hope (ONH) was founded in 1999 to provide people in recovery from substance abuse, who were either homeless or at risk of being homeless, an opportunity to develop construction trade skills and experiences.
In East Jacksonville, ONH works through a consortium of nonprofit housing developers under the umbrella of the Eastside Affordable Housing Alliance. Currently ONH has two homes under construction in this neighborhood.
