

The Housing Partnership of Northeast Florida (HPNF), founded in 1992, manages programs in these areas: homeownership counseling, affordable housing financing assistance, housing rehabilitation, real estate/new home construction, and ownership/asset management of affordable rental housing. They also facilitate the Jacksonville Housing Roundtable, a monthly meeting that brings together over 85 social services agencies, neighborhood groups, corporate and governmental representatives to talk about city-wide affordable housing issues.
LISC Jacksonville has committed funding for a planning grant to develop the Pine Forest-Larsen neighborhood and a grant in cooperation with the NFL Community Fields Program to renovate a community football field. LISC Jacksonville has provided a bridge loan to acquire a 100 unit affordable apartment complex. LISC supports staff to build or rehab houses for sale in the Pine Forest neighborhood.
