Metro North CDC
Metro North Community Development Corporation’s work is in the area north of Springfield that runs to the Trout River. Incorporated in 2001, MNCDC works to improve its community by engaging in the rehabilitation of residential and commercial space, together with efforts to build neighborhood pride and self-sufficiency. The nonprofit has successfully supported community clean-up efforts, the construction of affordable single family homes, and the renovation of single family homes in the neighborhood.
